Shelia Brown
Shelia Brown is a dynamic leader with a proven track record at the Rockford Black Chamber of Commerce. As President since July 2021, she has spearheaded initiatives that streamline operations, achieve significant efficiency improvements, and foster innovation. Shelia excels in leadership development, client relations, and strategic planning, driving business growth and expansion. In addition to her role at the Chamber, Shelia has been a dedicated Pastor at Kingdom Authority Ministry since May 1992. She has helped church members obtain community support services, organized mission trips, and delivered impactful sermons.
Her efforts have boosted membership and encouraged involvement in missions work both locally and internationally. Shelia also serves as the Director of House of Grace Learning Center, where she has led IT infrastructure upgrades, crisis management efforts, and strategic planning.

She holds an Early Education Degree from Rock Valley College, a Nursing Degree from Northwest College, a Ph.D. in Theology from Tabernacle Bible College, and a certification in Holistic Counseling from INN Holistic Medicine.
